Gabriel Rishwain joined Hennig Kramer in January 2024 as an Associate Attorney. He represents employees in disputes involving workplace harassment, discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, failure to accommodate violations, wrongful termination, misclassification, and wage and hour violations.
Gabriel received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2023, where he received a Labor and Employment Certificate with Honors as well as the Jack Pemberton Award for Achievement in Labor and Employment Law. Gabriel’s passion for employees’ rights stems from his experience working with and on behalf of professional and college athletes.
Gabriel earned his B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at the University of Washington Foster School of Business in 2019.
