After nearly a decade of litigation and perseverance, eleven workers finally had their day in court. We whole-heartedly agree with the Court's factual findings and legal conclusions as articulated in the Statement of Decision. Our clients will receive the payment of wages that they earned ten years ago, but were illegally deprived. This is the first phase of a three-part trial and we will continue forward to advocate for all other workers whose rights have yet to be vindicated.
