Harvey Meza

Harvey Meza joined the firm in September 2017 as a post bar clerk.

Harvey's devotion for public service and civil rights is woven seamlessly into the organizations he is a member of. Harvey served as the former Regional Chair for Northern California, Montana, Washington, and Oregon and is now a member of the National LGBT Bar Association, is a member of the LGBT Bar Association of Los Angeles, and is currently serving as an ambassador for the Gilman International Scholarship.

Born and bred in Southern California, Harvey received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Law and two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of California, Irvine, where he double majored in Criminology, Law & Society, and Political Science. Harvey also studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain, where he completed an award winning research project, as well as a yearlong program with a focus on comparative legal studies between the United States and the European Union.

While in law school, Harvey served as the President of OutLaw, a student organization aimed at promoting justice and inclusion for members of the LGBTQ community. He also competed in the UC Irvine Technology & Entrepreneurship Competition and received awards for "Best Deal" and "Best Term Sheet." Harvey was the recipient of the Dean's Merit Scholarship, MALDEF Scholarship, and Pro Bono Achievement Award.
